The photographs portray my niece and nephew spending time at their grandparents farm where my brother (the children's father) and I were brought up. The young generation seems to have as strong a bond with their grandparents, each other and the place as us. Seeing that and how much their life is similar to the one we once had on the farm with all its joys, miffs and love, makes you realize how much our past is connected with the children's present and how deeply their present is rooted in our own 'once upon a time.'
